Class and Exam Enrollment

Starting December 1, 2022, NCCCO requires all candidates to pre-register on their website BEFORE they are able to register for an exam date. Because of this change, we now require all candidates to register on CCO's portal AND sign-up for their exam date of choice when taking one of our classes. Please see the steps to enrollment outlined below.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an entirely new system for CCO, so even if you have registered for their portal before, you WILL need to register AGAIN.

Step 1: Enroll in a Class

Fill out our enrollment form to sign up for one of our next available classes and test dates.

Step 2: Create a new CCO account (if needed) and sign up for Exam

Visit my.ccocert.org and click on Log In/Register and Register Now. Choose whether you are a New Candidate or an Existing Candidate and fill out the information asked for.

Once your account is created, go to your Dashboard and click on Written Testing. For Exam Modality, choose Event Online Testing (EOT) as your test type. After paying your exam fees you will receive an email with an authorization code that mentions scheduling your exams. Please Note: This email may take 48 hours to arrive. It is NOT the receipt or confirmation email. Once you have that code, email it to heidi@getcranecertified.com.
